In September, SILABE opens its doors to colleagues from the University who wish to discover the site during guided tours of 2 hours organized in collaboration with the SPACS (Service for the Promotion of Social Action).
The first visit took place on Thursday, September 17, 2026. The registered staff of the University were able to discover our unique historical site, rich in history with its Orthodox chapel dating from the Second World War, the different species of primates that are housed, the missions of SILABE and the challenges, the daily life of the staff, the interest of the Primate model in research and the platform’s commitment to an approach focused on respect for and the well-being of animals.
The next visits will take place on 22 and 30 September and 8 October from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm.
These visits are reserved for University staff, more information and registration on the SPACS website
